Release Date: November 28, 2008

BassLine is a virtual analog bass synthesizer with built-in step sequencer and on-board effects. It’s unique filter (the heart of any subtractive synth), a never self-oscillating, cascaded low-pass, allows you to produce the well known high-resonance filter sweeps, typical for vintage synths like the legendary TB-303.

Feature List:
• Monophonic synthesis engine
• Individual pattern lengths & downbeat-aligned switches
• Overdrive with tube-like distortion characteristic
• Tape delay with tempo-synchronous delay times
• Pattern randomizer
• Tap tempo & MIDI Clock sync support
• Accelerometer-driven cutoff frequency control
• NEW! Audio export via AudioCopy by Sonoma Wire Works, via General Pasteboard (Beatmaker compatible), or via E-Mail

Optional Features (“Plus” upgrade available via In App Purchase):
• Low frequency oscillator (LFO) for cutoff modulation
• Oscillator waveforms pulse and sawtooth/triangle (in addition to sawtooth and square)

Designed for live performance, and with the capability to interchange audio data with other apps, BassLine is for anybody who's in creating electronic music, producer or deejay.

Swindon Advertiser
I WON'T lie, I've not invested much time in Drum & Bass. I like the rolling bass lines and high pace but ultimately I'm a House man, as was my father before me. The scene has an image problem too, a sweaty topless aesthetic and MCs who sound like the ...

Hartford Courant
This is 21st-century Southern California soul, or maybe it's just a particular branch of lush hip-hop, with singing, warm piano loops, hand claps and beefy bass lines. At times the uncategorizable So-Cal punk-funk of Fishbone is the closest point of ...

Howl & Echoes

Review: Vic Mensa “There's Alot Going On”
Howl & Echoes
It seems partly tongue in cheek (after all, at one point Vic raps “Fresh out the shower, I'm licking your asshole”), but that bassline is so suggestive of something deep below the surface. But then maybe Vic is moving all of this along too fast, being ...
